Terms and conditions
1. Price
The price of the Pyrenees Dance Residential is from 485 euros to 580 euros (depending upon accommodation choice) inclusive of all taxes. This cost includes:

Transfers between Toulouse airport at the designated time and the accommodation.

Transport to and from the dance venue each day

2. Payment
Payment should be paid in euros by via the website or by bank transfer to the following account

3. Cancellation
-
For a period of 14 days following your payment, you may cancel your place and your payment will be returned in full.

Should you cancel your place before 1 March 2019 we will return 50% of your payment.

After the 1 March 2019 your payment is non-refundable.

In all cases after 14 days, if we or you are able to fill your place following cancellation, we will refund the 75% of your payment.

4. Health

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and prepared for the dance course.

Any existing injuries must be declared to the course organisers in advance of your arrival.
-
Any prescription drugs or regular medication you are taking must be declared to the course organisers in advance of your arrival.
-
If you are coming from outside the EU, you are strongly recommended to make sure you have adequate insurance to cover medical expenses in the event of an accident.
-
The organisers cannot be held responsible for medical costs you may incur as a result of injury or accident whilst attending the course.

5. Food

All food provided on the course is vegetarian.

Breakfasts are self-service.
-
Lunches and dinners are fully catered. Dinners will be taken at Saradaou gîte (transport will be provided for students staying at other accommodation).

You must let the organisers of the course know at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival, if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs.

6. Accommodation

Accommodation for students is provided at either Quélébu grange, Saradaou gîte or Pinsou gîtes. The organisers reserve the right to change the accommodation in the event of unforeseen events.

Accommodation is a mixture of single, double and multiple occupancy rooms.

We ask that before departure, students help with cleaning the gîtes in which they have stayed.

7. Course variation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the course organisers reserve the right to:
-
Change one or more of the advertised teachers.
-
Change the dance venue.
-
Change the accommodation.
-
Cancel the course.

8. Course cancellation.
In the event of the course having to be cancelled all payments made to us, including deposits will be refunded in full.

9. Flights
-
You are strongly recommended to book your flight as soon as possible to get the best deal.
-
We will be operating 2 mini bus transfers between the course accommodation and Toulouse airport on Saturday 11th April (late evening) and again on Saturday 18th April (departures from 12 noon). If you choose to fly on another day, or leave very early in the morning on the 18th April you may need to make your own transfer arrangements (please contact us if this is the case and we will assist you).

In the event of airlines going into liquidation, cancellation of fights, industrial action, you missing your flight or any other default resulting in you failing to arrive or attending the course the organisers cannot issue a refund unless your place is filled at the last minute. As with all overseas travel, travel and/or flight insurance is recommended.
